TASTING NOTES
Complex aromas of fresh fig, toasted brioche and Bosc pear are complimented by flavors of Meyer lemon, citrus blossom, and almonds. The balance of fruit, minerals, and crisp acidity lead to a round mouthfeel and lasting finish. This wine was sourced from 2 blocks at Yamhela Vineyard farmed specifically for sparkling, and was pressed gently in traditional Coquard champagne press and cool- fermented.
