TASTING NOTES
Aromas of green apple, pear and slate. This inaugural first vintage showcases ethereal minerality and bright bursts of stone fruit. Meyer lemon, spiced pineapple and notes of lemon balm and citrus dance across the mid-palate with baking spices and graham cracker lingering on the finish.
